If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, no worries! Just snap a clear photo and send it to us at juslovnit@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll review it and get a replacement or refund out to you—easy peasy.

💭 Changed your mind?

Since everything is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or “I don’t love it anymore” reasons. Please double-check your sizes, colors, and details before ordering.

📦 Lost in the mail?

If your order doesn’t show up after the expected delivery window, hit us up! We’ll check tracking and work with our print partners to make things right.
